Jeb Graham

Jeb Graham is the Founder and Owner of Metcalf Partners Wealth Management, an independent advisory firm based in Kansas City. He launched the firm in 2012 after starting his career at a local branch of a large national firm, driven by a vision to build something more personal, entrepreneurial, and aligned with how clients actually want to be served.

Since then, Jeb has grown Metcalf Partners into a successful and evolving practice focused on helping individuals and families make confident, intentional financial decisions. He thrives on simplifying complex situations, building long-term strategies, and creating clarity for clients so they can focus on what matters most. As a business owner, he’s passionate about growth—of the firm, his team, and the people he serves—and is always looking for better ways to operate, scale, and improve.

A Kansas City native, Jeb earned his degree in Financial Services from Kansas State University and remains deeply connected to the local business community. Through EO, he’s found a group of like-minded entrepreneurs who challenge, support, and push each other to be better—both personally and professionally. He is proud to serve as President-Elect of EO Kansas City.

Outside of work, Jeb is all about making the most of his time—whether that’s getting to the lake, playing golf, jumping into a competitive pickleball match, or spending time with family and friends. He believes strongly in building a life, not just a business, and values experiences just as much as outcomes.
