Greg Gillespie is Principal and Co-Founder of Collectiv, a data analytics and AI enablement consulting firm that has made the Inc. 5000 list three times. An entrepreneur since 2016, Greg launched his first data consulting firm before co-founding Collectiv in 2019.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and began his career leading data programs in the industrial and utility sectors. There, he saw firsthand how structured data could drive better decision-making, efficiency, and resilience; insights that led him into business intelligence and, ultimately, AI enablement.

Today, he advises executive teams on operationalizing AI at scale and speaks regularly on data strategy, AI adoption, and building AI-ready organizations.
