David Case is the founder and president of Advastar, a Kansas City–based nationwide recruiting and staffing firm. Advastar provides executive search, permanent placement, and project staffing support for clients across the United States. Focus areas include Professional Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, and Energy. The company also operates a satellite office in Vietnam to deliver cost-effective back-office and technical resources in areas such as engineering, accounting, admin, and sales.

David founded Advastar in 2012, after working for a large global staffing firm and recognizing the opportunity to build a more responsive, relationship-focused business.

In addition to staffing, David leads Walnut Creek Investments, a real estate investment company focused on residential and short‑term rental properties across the Kansas City metro, along with commercial property holdings.

David originally joined EO Kansas City in 2013 and has served as SAP Chair, Learning Chair, and completed two terms as Chapter President.

He lives in Prairie Village, Kansas.
