Clayton is the Principal & Owner of S3, a Kansas City based investor in business and professional services companies. Deeply entrenched in the operations of its investments. The S3 thematic approach focuses controlling investments in Midwest based B2B service providers, where technology enablement can unlock increasing value.

Fully immersed in it’s first acquisition and related subsidiary, AFS and First Commercial. Two Invoice Factoring businesses with a strong focus in serving business and professional services companies, manufacturers, wholesale and consumer products vendors, and more. Clayton is a member of the advisory board of the industries International Factoring Association.

A native to the area, Clayton lives with his family in Prairie Village, KS and is active in supporting his favorite local teams (Jayhawks, Chiefs, and Royals) and non-profit organizations (Special Olympics, Sheffield Place, and Wayside Waifs)
